All free online diets must know the differences between the two types of carbohydrates to be successful in achieving weight loss for dieters. Fast digesting carbs like refined wheat, cereal, pasta, etc.; all turn into fat quickly if not burned off by the body. Slow digesting carbs like 100% wheat foods, oatmeal, etc.; don’t need those carbs to be burned quickly to prevent fat gain.
